Is Online Shopping Secure?
Absolutely! Once you begin the Checkout process and have confirmed that the items you want to buy are in your Shopping Basket, you will be in a SECURE mode for shopping. Microsoft Internet Explorer should show a lock in the locked position at the bottom of your screen and Netscape Navigator should show a whole, not broken, key. This will help you visually verify that you are on a secure connection. We are using MIVA Order as our online shopping engine. It is a highly reputable on-line shopping service.

When will my Credit Card be charged?
Your Credit Card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship, unless you are taking advantage of a pre-publication offer or are ordering certain limited editions for which your card may be charged to reserve your copy of a forthcoming or hand-crafted item.

How are Orders Shipped?
For orders within the USA, you have a choice between faster US Priority Mail and slower but more economical US Media Mail. Your order will be shipped within 24 hours of charging your credit card unless you are taking advantage of a pre-publication offer. A longer delay is sometimes necessary due to the special nature of some items (e.g. limited editions or pre-publication offers) and your card may be charged to reserve your copy and to assure you of the earliest possible delivery.

Can I FAX my Order?
Yes, just print a copy of our Mail or Fax Order Form at the top of this page. Fill it out, include your Credit Card information, your Billing address, sign the form, and FAX it to us at: (619) 582-5106. If you reach our Message Service please press (star 51) to send a FAX.

What if I want to pay by Check or Money Order?
Just Print a copy of our Mail or Fax Order Form at the top of this page (or write out your order by hand) and mail us a check or Money Order in US Funds to:
